Kosene and Kosene Design Center

In an effort to reach their personal vision for the Sophisticated Urban Living made available through Kosene & Kosene's residential developments, our clients make it a point to personalize their condominium by way of the wide variety of selections and upgrades available to them at our Design Center.

As their purchase agreements are signed, arrangements are made for our clients' first Options and Selections meeting. Such meetings are conducted at the Design Center and are facilitated by our Options and Selections Coordinator, Kathy Montgomery.

As the addition of upgrades in each condominium effects the completion time of not only the condominium in question, but often all others in that project / building / phase / floor, it is imperative the selection process be completed within 30 days of a client's signing of their purchase agreement. Having a compilation of the current selections available is a means of helping to facilitate of this process. Please take advantage of this opportunity to become familiar with available selections prior to your options and selections meeting.

At present, options & selections meetings are averaging 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Please plan accordingly, remembering to bring along any assistance or decision makers involved in the process, (ie designer, co-buyer, etc).
